The International Symposium on Pharmacology and Medicinal Chemistry (ISPMeC) was created and is organized by the Graduate Program in Pharmacology and Medicinal Chemistry, from the Institute of Biomedical Sciences at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. In this fifth edition, ISPMeC will be co-organized in partnership with the Latin American Society of Medicinal Chemistry (ALAQMed). ISPMeC is a free event whose primary mission is to promote a forum in Brazil for the practice of interdisciplinarity between pharmacologists, medicinal chemists, professionals and students in related fields, who are interested in research and development activities in new drugs, creating a suitable environment for exchanging knowledge and international scientific collaborations.
